Hmmm.... My favorite fictional mom would be Lorelai from Gilmore Girls. She's protective over her daughter, as every mom should be, but she also understands that her daughter is smart enough to make her own choices.
My moms also like that, and I'm thankful. Well, for the most part anyway...
Thanks for the giveaway!
Love, Hannah
xoxosweeet at yahoo dot com

I've been trying to think of a fictional mom all week but, honestly. The books I read don't have mothers in them & the only TV mom I can think of that I "know" is Marge Simpson! OK, my favorite TV Mom is Marge Simpson. She's smart, funny, and puts up with Homer & Bart & doesn't go insane. Plus, she's been in Playboy. (I think that was the one?)Gotta love a mom that's been on TV twenty years & is still woman enough to appear in the pages of a girly mag!

gevin13{at}gmail{dot}com

Argh. Forgot to add why. I love the fact that Sandra Bullock's character is so self-assured, yet so sensitive to the plight of others. She kicks butt and yet has a heart.

TJB
