Cover Reveal: Magic Slays by Ilona Andrews
Ilona Andrews revealed the cover for MAGIC SLAYS, the fifth book in the Kate Daniels series yesterday. I read this series over the summer and it’s one of my favorite Urban Fantasy series. I’m a Curran fan and Kate is one of the best heroines ever. I’m really looking forward to this next release in early summer of 2011.

Love this series
Yeah, looking at this cover made me all itchy for the book. Want...NOW.
It makes me want to read the last two books all over again. I really really really like this series. Really.
I adore this series and LOVE Kate and Curran but the thing that stuck out about this cover for me? Holy boobs Kate! That is a hell of a rack she's got! *snicker*
WANT book NOW too though. I hope the series never ends...
Eh, the cover is a fail for me. I'm not a fan of her covers usually, but the giant boob/odd expression thing on this one is especially repellent to me.
Luckily covers don't predict skill.
Julie--Yes, I may re-read or at least skim Magic Bleeds before this one is released.
Scraps--Yes, the boobs look weird. LOL
Catherine--A lot of people on twitter have the same opinion. I love the series so these books could come in a plain brown wrapper and I wouldn't care. lol
Vixen - I think most people would agree with you. I haven't met a person who hasn't liked this series.
Sooooooooooooooo I need to know WHAT is going on with all the covers of the series. Does the art department hate Ilona Andrews?? I mean, at least she looks feminine on this cover but it's just ... STILL not attractive! That being said, this is one of my favorite series of all time and I can't wait for this book!!!!!

But what'sup with that cover. Kate here looks nothing like she did on the first 3 and you could poke an eye out on those ta-tas.
