Jasmine Haynes treats us to three hot and dirty novellas in Mine Until Morning centered around the world of being a Courtesan. According to one dictionary definition I found, a Courtesan is a prostitute with a courtly, wealthy, or upper-class clientele. I will say that reading about prostitutes is not really something I typically enjoy and I was hesitant at first when I read the back of the book jacket of Mine Until Morning. But somehow, Jasmine Haynes takes the subject matter and turns it into hot, dirty, sexy, fun also filled with enough emotion that I found myself dabbing my eyes a few times. When I got to the end I found myself staring at the book thinking, “How did she do that?”
Mine Until Morning is the third and final book in Haynes’ Courtesan Tales series. It is comprised of three novellas and I found myself reading the book in all one sitting. You really don’t have to read the previous two books to enjoy these novellas.
In The Only Way Out, Dani is a widow who is forced to go back to work as a Courtesan in an attempt to pay off her mounting debt. This secret life she leads comes as a surprise to her brother-in-law Mac, and Mac can’t stop Dani from doing what she both loves and “needs” to do. If Mac can’t stop her, he can certainly protect her and protection means Mac must join in on this strange and dirty world Dani subjects herself to. Only thing is – Mac finds himself more turned on than ever.
In The Wrong Kind of Man, hot and dreamy Walker Randall is a Courtesan who enjoys showing and giving women their ultimate fantasies. But he has had is eye on Cleo for quite sometime, a waitress at the restaurant he meets his clients. When one of his clients backs out of a “date”, Walker invites Cleo to movies in the park, and Walker’s finds his priorities start to change after spending some personal time with Cleo.
In No Second Chances, the final novella in this series, readers finally get the story of Isabel – the woman in charge of the Courtesan agency. Can Isabel give up the part of the business she loves for her long lost love Royce? Will Royce ever come to grips with what Isabel does for a living?
This book really was a fun a little treat. It kind of sneaks up on you out from of nowhere. If you can suspend disbelief for a while and allow yourself to be lost within the sexy stories and hot men, you will probably really enjoy the time spent with this book. Each novella was unique in its plot and had very different characters forcing me to feel a different emotion which each story. I really appreciated that, considering the subject matter really isn’t my usual cup of tea. I tend to like books heavier on the dialogue side of things and I feel Jasmine Haynes did a great job of using dialogue to help us get to know the characters better instead of just throwing sex in our face all the time. But don’t get me wrong, the sex is hot … and dirty … and interesting. If you are looking to spend a few hours with a story that meets one of those three qualifications, then you may want to give this one a try.

Yeah, prostitutes is not a fav subject exactly but I am glad it works
Puts me in mind of the movie DANGEROUS BEAUTY (in a good way–I do want to read this book). The movie is about a woman who becomes a courtesan out of desperation/revenge set around the time the black plague and the Inquisition struck in 16th century Venice. Makes me want to watch it again, lol.
